      Sally is an aerialist and gymnast who has been teaching and performing for more than 8 years. She’s extremely versatile, teaching silks, Lyra, Hammock, Pole, Hoop, flexibility, gymnastics and conditioning.

      Learning aerial arts, like silks or hoop, varies widely based on individual abilities. Beginners can start with basic skills in a few weeks to months, but mastering advanced techniques and building strength and flexibility for complex maneuvers can take several months to years of consistent practice and proper instruction. Progress depends on dedication and fitness readiness.
      While aerial silk requires upper body strength and fluid movements with fabric, aerial hoop involves lower body engagement and balance within a metal ring. There is no rule which is easier - mastering either depends on individual fitness levels, coordination and dedication to learning aerial skills.
