      Ivo boasts a BSc in Exercise Science, along with 5 years’ experience in 1-1 training, with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. More recently, he pursued his MSc in Clinical Management of Pain. His expertise evolve around a biomechanical approach that aims to treat daily discomforts like lower-back pain. The implementation of strength training while educating on body awareness in space allows Ivo to ensure amazing long-term results.
