This class is a perfect combination of conditioning and flexibility/mobility work. The middle Splits class will focus on developing the flexibility and strength in the muscles you need in order to get those perfect middle splits - both on the floor and in the air. Bring your yoga mat and knee pads. Wear socks.x

Aerial Conditioning
Aerial Conditioning utilizes all of the aerial apparatuses to learn fundamental aerial skills, become strong, and increase overall flexibility. It's a unique way to challenge your core strength while working on technique, muscular endurance, agility, coordination and balance. All levels are welcome What to wear: Form-fitting clothes. No zippers, jewelry, or shoes.x
