This functional movement workout conditions your body through elements of gymnastics, weightlifting and endurance. Amazing for whole body composition, strength and aerobic capacity.
OLYMPIC LIFTING
Learn two barbell movements—the Clean and Jerk, and the Snatch—to lift a loaded Barbell from the ground to above your head.The focus on explosive strength brings you power and mobility.
POWER LIFTING
A class focused on 3 lifts: deadlift, squat and bench press. Maximize the weight on each lift to strengthen, build muscle mass and improve your posture.
MOBILITY
Unlock a wider range of motion through static stretching, stability work and core strength exercises. Helps you prevent injury, decrease soreness and maintain and improve flexibility.
ENDURANCE
