      Candlelit Hatha Flow

      The perfect evening class, our intermediate level Hatha Flow sessions offer the ultimate de stress. Slow paced and set to soothing music and candlelight, they combine deep stretching with meditative breathwork to bring true harmony to the body and mind. Known for improving mental health and even the quality of your sleep, our Hatha Flow classes are sure to become your favourite part of the week.

      Stretch & Mobility

      Suitable for all levels, our Stretch and Mobility classes are designed to improve flexibility and range of motion. Blending dynamic movements with deep, prolonged stretches, participants come away feeling refreshed and healthy, and with more energy for everyday life. Ideal for desk workers, it’s also great for correcting bad posture, while blocks, straps and other bits of equipment are used to increase the quality of every stretch and target those hard to reach areas.

      Hatha

      Ideal for beginners, Hatha Yoga is a traditional, moderately paced yoga practice that is filled with variation. Taking you through how to master an array of postures, sun salutations and breathing exercises, it’s an invigorating and refreshing form of low intensity yoga that stills the mind and works the whole body.

      Qigong is a harmonious blend of mindful movement and ancient Chinese healing methods. Often referred to as “energy cultivation” it is made up of gentle flowing movements, breathwork, and meditative practices that are designed to fill your body with fresh energy, and relieve any worries or stress.

      Deep Stretch

      The ideal way to unwind after a busy day at work, our Deep Stretch & Flow classes relax both the body and mind. The deep stretches flow gently from one to the next, while the tranquil soundtrack and visuals encourage you to connect with your inner self. Low intensity, all abilities are welcome.

      A slow-paced class made up of passive and active postures that alternate between energizing and relaxing the body, our Balance & Alignment classes enhance your sense of self awareness and encourage you to move in a mindful manner. Designed to help you understand your body and learn to work with it instead of against it, the emphasis on posture and breathing also leads to better alignment and balance.

      If you’re looking for a more strenuous form of yoga practice, Power Yoga is the one for you. Known for building strength, stamina, and power, it uses flowing energetic moves to challenge the body and work every muscle, all while teaching you to tune in with your breath.

      A sound bath is a meditative practice performed with the help of crystal singing bowls. As the sound waves pass over you, the vibrations balance the energy of the body, create harmony between the body and mind, and ease you into a state of total relaxation.

      Breathwork

      A transformative experience of self-discovery, our Mindful Breathwork and Meditation class uses various techniques to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. Known to elevate emotional resilience, mental clarity, and physical relaxation, we recommend that all participants bring along a hoodie, socks, and an eye mask to help them immerse themselves deeper into the experience. To allow optimal breathing, heavy food should also be avoided for at least two hours before every class.

      Energizing Flow

      Similar to Vinyasa yoga, our rejuvenating Energizing Flow sessions consist of fast, smooth, and flowing moments that are smoothly synchronised with the breath. Guaranteed to revitalise the body and mind and leave you feeling focused, calm, and refreshed, the classes effectively boost strength, stamina, and balance. Encompassing everything from sun salutations to inversions, each class can be adapted to suit all fitness levels.

      Heather

      Heather is a seasoned yoga coach who brings over six years of teaching  experience. Holding a 500-hour yoga instructor certification, she specialises in teaching all kinds of yoga, pilates, and stretching classes. Dedicated to promoting the mental and physical benefits of yoga, she is skilled at taking traditional methods and adapting them to make them relevant to modern life. By harnessing her deep knowledge of the Five Elements, she continuously creates unique and comprehensive yoga programs that not only increase strength and fitness, but also give participants an increased sense of awareness and mindfulness, and added flexibility. Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced yogi, Heather will help you reach your full potential, and feel healthier and stronger than ever before.
