- Greater core strength: Muay Thai moves such as cross jabs and kicking require the body to twist and rotate. These exercises naturally tone and strengthen the abdomen, and lead you on the path to getting the six-pack that you’ve always wanted.
- Ability to defend yourself: Far more than just a way of burning calories and improving fitness, Muay Thai allows you to gain practical self-defense techniques that may prove vital in real-life situations. Accessible to all, most people master the basics of Muay Thai in just six months.
- Improved confidence: Muay Thai is great for both the body and mind. As your body becomes stronger and more toned, you’ll naturally feel more confident, while the fast-paced moves are great for relieving stress and anxiety. Requiring you to think on your feet and make snap decisions, Muay Thai will quicken your reflexes and help you gain more faith in your instincts.
