This class is designed to prepare you with good pole foundations, we will spend time conditioning pole essentials such as leg hangs (inside and outside), climbs, inverts, brass monkey, etc. This class is great for beginners but also more advanced students will benefit from having strong foundations to be comfortable in high level tricks. To perform best in this class, please wear shorts, bare feet, no jewellery and no moisturizer for at least 24 hours before the class.x
