Our Handstand Classes aim to give you all the tools to get you flexible and strong for your handstands. It will offer you a step-by-step progression, to understand the mechanics of the handstand and how to find and stay in your balance point.x
Flexibility - Front Splits
This class is a perfect combination of conditioning and flexibility/mobility work. The Front Splits class will focus on developing the flexibility and strength in the muscles you need in order to get those perfect front splits - both on the floor and in the air. Bring your yoga mat and knee pads. Wear socks.x
Silk All Levels
The most romantic of the circus arts, Aerial Silk allows you to explore and improve your agility, strength and body awareness as you climb, invert and drop with seemingly effortless grace. Equipment required: Mat. Intensity: Medium.x
Pole - Beginners
Get to grips with the pole, with basic spins and tricks, floor work and transitions—with stretching either side. It’ll turn your world upside down. Equipment required: Mat (Shorts Preferable). Intensity: Low x

Pole All Levels
This class is designed to prepare you with good pole foundations, we will spend time conditioning pole essentials such as leg hangs (inside and outside), climbs, inverts, brass monkey, etc. This class is great for beginners but also more advanced students will benefit from having strong foundations to be comfortable in high level tricks. To perform best in this class, please wear shorts, bare feet, no jewellery and no moisturizer for at least 24 hours before the class.x
Flexibility - Middle Splits
This class is a perfect combination of conditioning and flexibility/mobility work. The middle Splits class will focus on developing the flexibility and strength in the muscles you need in order to get those perfect middle splits - both on the floor and in the air. Bring your yoga mat and knee pads. Wear socks.x
Aerial Stretching
Aerial Stretch class uses the aerial hammock to move through stretching poses. These classes include elements of stretching, strengthening, balance and inversions. It is a mixed level class and appropriate for beginners and all levels.x
