Aerial Conditioning

Aerial Conditioning utilizes all of the aerial apparatuses to learn fundamental aerial skills, become strong, and increase overall flexibility. It's a unique way to challenge your core strength while working on technique, muscular endurance, agility, coordination and balance. All levels are welcome What to wear: Form-fitting clothes. No zippers, jewelry, or shoes. x
