    Meet the Program Manager

    Elsayed is from Egypt. He has trained and competed worldwide in Weightlifting. Primarily a barbell specialist with a passion for Olympic Weightlifting , CrossFit and all the elements of strength and conditioning. Both coach and personal trainer, driven by results, he strives to enhance clients strength, technique and quality of movement, as well as promote and encourage healthy living to the best of his abilities. Motivating people by ensuring that his exercise and fitness routines are challenging but enjoyable at the same time.
