Athletic Reformer Pilates class incorporates elements of cardio, strength training and yoga, with various levels of spring options. Expect the heart rate to spike and muscles to burn as you sweat and have fun. Level: Intermediate.

Meet the Program Manager

DAN is our Gym Program Manager as well as a Personal Trainer. He’s been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and worked with people from many different backgrounds, each with their own unique goals.He believes that anyone, at any age, can prioritise movement, build strength and eat better to get the life they want.
