Kids Fitness 6-9 years
The fun way to get fit, develop strength, cardiovascular health and overall fitness. This program focuses on developing functional movements giving the kids a solid foundation in any sport and an opportunity to develop their skills more thoroughly and live a healthier lifestyle. Socially as well as physically beneficial.

Teens Fitness 11-14 years
A program designed to help teens develop their strength and increase muscle mass safely. Teens work on perfecting key functional movements including squats, deadlift and benchpress, as well as accessory movements to complement the relevant muscles.
