Progress depends on dedication and fitness readiness.
While aerial silk requires upper body strength and fluid movements with fabric, aerial hoop involves lower body engagement and balance within a metal ring. There is no rule which is easier - mastering either depends on individual fitness levels, coordination and dedication to learning aerial skills.
To practice aerial silks effectively, a moderate level of upper body core and grip strength is required. Beginners can develop these strengths through gradual training and classes tailored to different fitness levels.

Classes are suitable for different fitness levels, offering progression and modification to help individuals build the necessary skills and strength gradually.
